Football is the main grassroots sport in the Mehta camps which comprise of internally displaced persons and refugees within the 20 Mehta sugar cane plantation camps. It is also such a strong uniting factor for male and female, young and old that BACOP chose football as a tool to attract individuals to our different community development interventions.
